Unfortunately, it's only one bishop interviewed and he seems to be, if the article is accurate, simply repeating the common jabs against the extraordinary form of the Roman rite.
Meanwhile, the Filipino bishops are busy with things more interesting than the worship of God, namely asking COMELEC Commissioners to quit.
