the session was suspended. a sideshow has taken the place of the debates. cong. dilangalen raises an issue about a private note passed to him from the gallery. the note, it seems, contained something like "cong. dilangalen, shut up. you're wasting the taxpayer's money." the congressman cries foul over this and exposes the note to the rest of the floor. according to the latest but sketchy reports, the note was traced to a young lady, i think her name's joanna... weird. i'll comment later when i get more facts.
