The Christian Origins of the Koran

i've always thought that muhammad borrowed a lot from christian tradition to compose the qur'an. but now here's a guy who thinks that the qur'an could only be properly interpreted and critically studied if one understands syrio-aramaic, which according to him, was the original language of the qur'an. he gives some examples of how one can understand the qur'an in its original christian context if it is read in its syrio-aramaic form.

my comment does little to justify or explain his work, which is also covered by this article. but i would truly enjoy seeing the faces of those suicidal jihadists once they reach paradise (if they ever do get there) once they learn the shocking truth that they will be getting grapes rather than the virgins they were seeking as rewards for their deeds.
