Hostage-taking near Manila City Hall.
Victims are 25 or so young kindergarten kids who are held hostage in a tourist bus by, believe it or not, their own teachers.
Ring leader, in tearful words, is demanding that the kids be given free education until college. He'll surrender after that.
The weirdness of it all...
