PGMA wins congressional canvass

it was expected from the very beginning. the exit polls, the namfrel count and even the pre-election surveys showed that pgma would likely win the election. with all these, i find it hard why the opposition had to creat doubt on the elections, although their supporters see it the other way. like i've shown before, those people are good at twisting reality. it doesn't really take a rocket scientist to see right through them. these came into mind when i saw this in the article:
"Out of 176 certificates of canvass, Arroyo received 12,905 votes, followed by Fernando Poe Jr. with 11,782,232 votes."
i know, it could've been a typo, but with these people, it's gonna be a big deal...
