It is more than a month now since your May 11 election! It is very embarrassing! The people in charge, including your Congress are inutile. There is a lot of pussyfooting and what we cannot understand. The Philippines is the only country in the world with such a kind of record. I hear that the Philippines is a Third World developing country. I should say not. You have retrogressed to a Fourth World underdeveloped country.
