I blogged about it before. It's primarily used as a trainer and I doubt it'll be of any use against the MIGS and the US-made fighters. But I have no doubt it'll do enough damage to weaken Communist Rebels and Islamists down south if we had enough of them. I mean it's the best (and cheapest) solution for a short-term all-out war against insurgents.
