Last year, I was surprised to find that the potent liqueur Chartreuse was actually available in this part of the globe. Having read Daniel Mitsui's praises for the green stuff, I decided to have it for our Christmas noche buena. I found that Chartreuse blended with pineapple juice and crushed ice was most delicious.
