The Purpose Driven Drivel

i found another utterly clueless reporter writing another article showing off how incredibly clueless she is. unable to tolerate such idiocy, i decided to email her employers about it:

I don't understand the purpose behind the article "‘Purpose driven’ passion" written by Mylah Reyes Roque. I can't find a good reason why the Catholic Church has to be dragged into the discussion about another fad in the Evangelical/born-again churches without uncharitably considering that the author has a malicious agenda behind it. I mean, does the author actually think that the Catholic Church needs to officially (or even unofficially) react to every fad that comes from evangelical/born-again churches? Or is she just another utterly clueless reporter trying to explore a deeper but non-existent angle on a story?
