Opposition: "due to the presence of erasures, alterations, and the like upon the face of the COC, we question the authencity of the said COC. the absence of the specimen signatures of the other members of the board of canvassers and their respective thumbmarks likewise make the said COC and its contents questionable..."
Situation: the COC is clean and appears to be free of any erasures or alterations
Opposition:"that COC is very suspicious. it is obviously a fabrication of "dagdag-bawas" goons of the government. these people try their best to make such tampered COCs look clean, taking great effort to hide obvious signs of fixing the COCs..."
