Never fear - emergency condom man is here

"We need to increase the usage of condoms," said Carl Osvald, marketing manager for the Swedish Organisation for Sex Education, the non-governmental organisation behind the initiative. "It is 50 percent about pregnancy and 50 percent about sexually transmitted diseases."

and greater chance of death for all who use it (see related posts below). who wouldn't want that, right?

The incidence of sexually transmitted disease is increasing rapidly in Sweden and not enough young people use condoms, Osvald said. "We need to change attitudes to condoms," he said. "If we need to get out in to the bedrooms to make things better we will do it."
folks, the best solution is not to encourage risky sexual behaviour at all. promoting condoms will simply instill in these young people's mind that sex under any circumstance is ok, thus leading to more risky sex. then again, i'm pretty sure that these condom ambulances will be initially popular since people would want to try out something novel, but will soon fade because 1) nobody wants to wait for condom delivery when the they're already "there" in the middle of it, and 2) nobody would want any attention on their sexual activities since condom deliveries would obviously attract attention from neighbors.
